Job summary

Freedom Village is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN or RN to join our team as House Supervisor / Charge Nurse for the 3rd shift. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in Michigan.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and promote independent living.
• Identify resident medical/behavioral changes and develop/reassess care plans.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services on conditions, staffing, and supplies.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines for preventative and rehabilitative services.
