Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive job-related experience.
• Customer service experience and a patient-first mindset are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned work areas to ensure sanitary, neat, and attractive conditions.
• Gather and dispose of trash and clean and scour sinks, tubs, and toilets.
• Provide training and work direction for other Housekeeping Aides.
• Assist Supervisors with scheduling and personnel actions.
• Build solid relationships with patients and families while delivering superior customer service.
