Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Housekeeper Lead at Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast in Miramar Beach, FL. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends and a starting pay of $19.00 per hour.

Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and training is provided to new hires. The position includes supervising, training, and inspecting housekeeping staff to meet the unit’s standards and ensure optimal service to guests.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Monitors staff attendance and clocks in/out records.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates staff breaks and assigns keys, radios and beepers.
• Ensures cleaning standards are met and inspects areas.
• Trains staff and ensures professionalism.
