Qualifications

• On the job training will be provided.
• National ServSafe Manager Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in food establishments is required.
• Preferred: Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent.
• Preferred hospital or healthcare food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient tray line and cafeteria service.
• Visit patients.
• Assist with departmental scheduling and staffing.
• Prepare production sheets.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including cash verification.
• Monitor and support special catering events.
