Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing).
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to schedule and regulatory standards.
• Use BAS to monitor environmental controls and optimize performance.
• Ensure life safety systems meet healthcare codes and safety protocols.
