Job summary

Starpower/Ed Kellum & Son is seeking a Home Theater Installer Lead in Texas who can grow with a luxury AV team. You will supervise professional installations of custom home theaters and whole home systems, coordinating with skilled technicians and clients.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Valid Texas driver's license.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to use hand tools such as hammer, drills, electric screw drivers, etc.
3–5 years of experience in structured pre-wire for whole home audio/video distribution, CCTV, and integration.
Networking with Araknis, EERO, Access Networks, Ubiquity.
Rack design and cable dressing.
LCD/LED/OLED TV installation, mounting, wiring, TV lifts.
Projector/Screen installation and calibration.
In-ceiling/in-wall speaker installation.
Experience with Crestron Home, URC (complete and total control) Lutron lighting, shades, drapery, smart film, AVA remotes, Somfy motors.
Experience with security systems or Security license a PLUS.

Responsibilities

As a Home Theater Installer Lead, you will be responsible for the professional installation of custom home theaters and whole home or business systems.
