Qualifications

• Hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of home automation, AV, networking, and security systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and work with low-voltage cabling.
• Proven experience leading field teams and coordinating with PMs and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication to explain features and document work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of home technology systems on site in the Greater Madison Area.
• Mentor technicians, supervise tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure on-time project handoffs and documentation.
