TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking a Lead Home Service Technician to oversee projects in South Chicago and South Suburbanland, Illinois. You will lead field teams, perform high-quality repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes mentoring technicians, upholding professional standards, and clear customer communication on-site. A valid driver's license and full toolset are required for daily field work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience mentoring or supervising technicians preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to doing the job right and supporting your team and clients.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset.
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
