TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking a Lead Home Service Technician to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of home systems with a focus on high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate daily operations, and uphold safety and professionalism across projects, ensuring reliable, on-time completion and customer trust.

• 5+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred.

• Communicate clearly with customers and help manage expectations on-site

Common Projects

• Bathroom and kitchen upgrades
• Drywall repair and patching
• Flooring installation and repair
• Interior and exterior painting
• Basic plumbing and electrical (within scope)

Who You Are

• 5+ years of hands‑on home repair or construction experience
• Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your team and clients
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset
