TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking a Lead Home Service Technician to oversee the Lansing area team and deliver high-quality repairs. You will lead Tru-Pro technicians, ensure safety, and uphold our customer‑care standards in every project.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on repair experience, excellent communication, a valid driver’s license, and full toolset. This full-time role offers year-round work and opportunities to grow within a national franchise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience mentoring or managing other technicians is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to doing the job right and supporting the team and clients.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset.
• Fluent English and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
