Job summary
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida seeks a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a multidisciplinary home health team in Hernando County, with some monthly Ocala office time. You will oversee care planning, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and coordinate with referral partners.
This is a full-time role with local patient assignments and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate holds an active Florida RN license, has at least one year of nursing experience, and brings leadership
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience.
- Home health leadership experience preferred.
- OASIS experience preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a high-performing team of RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health clinicians.
- Oversee patient care planning, case management, and clinical outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with home health regulations and accreditation standards.
- Serve as a liaison with hospitals, physician practices, and referral partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and community partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EMR systems effectively.
