Legacy of Delano Senior Living is seeking a Lead Home Health Aide to support residents with personal care and daily living activities. You will lead a team of CNAs/HHAs and ensure compassionate, dignity-centered care in a Lifespark community.

The role offers an on-site full-time schedule from 3pm to 11pm, with weekend and holiday rotation. Hourly pay ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 depending on experience, plus Lifespark benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare and helping seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents including personal care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Engage residents with meaningful conversations and attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
