Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Lead Caregiver / STNA / CNA to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care for seniors in Columbus, OH. You will lead by example, assist with ADLs, personal care, mobility support, meal prep and companionship, and mentor other caregivers.

Responsibilities include reflecting best practices, offering flexible schedules, and communicating client changes to the office and families as needed.

Qualifications

• Non-medical in-home care experience preferred.
• Trustworthy and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
