Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience building highways/roads is required.
• Knowledge of one or two phases of construction (Structures, Dirt, Pipe, Pavement, etc.).
• Less than high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Create and complete a job safety analysis every morning to address safety concerns to ensure safe work.
• Oversee crew’s activities efficiently.
• Supervise, manage, and direct training, development and work assignments for crew members.
• Understand project plans for specific duties and blueprints.
• Manage tools, materials and supplies; optimize equipment use.
• Respond promptly to site production issues and report hours daily.
• Support safety policies and contribute to company operations.
