Mercy Springfield Missouri Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician Opportunity is recruiting a fourth MFM physician to meet growing patient demand in a tertiary hospital setting. The team handles 250–300 deliveries per month and serves a three-hour radius for high-risk pregnancy care.

The offer includes a $600,000 guaranteed salary, a $100,000 recruitment incentive, and paid relocation, with a four-day workweek option, comprehensive benefits, and no in-house call unless desired.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Experience in high-risk pregnancy care.
• Ability to collaborate in a busy, established program.

Responsibilities

• Provide MFM care for high-risk pregnancies and complex fetal conditions.
• Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver consult-only service with no in-house deliveries unless desired.
