Job summary

Fiber Network Services Inc. is seeking an experienced In-house Broadband/HFC Telecommunications Construction Manager to lead the Spectrum/Cox Manassas, VA team on diverse HFC/Broadband projects.

You will manage construction for Outside/Inside plant projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services to clients. The role requires 5-7 years of project management experience in HFC/Broadband/CATV, adherence to safety, and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing HFC/Broadband/CATV construction projects.
• Willing to train in Manassas, VA for 2-3 weeks.
• Knowledge of CATV HFC infrastructure and related technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Must be at work at 7am daily.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to pass drug screening and background check.
• Able to read and understand technical instructions.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds.
• DOT physical pass is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage supervisors, coordinators, administration staff, and construction teams.
• Plan and manage HFC Outside/Inside plant projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure quality control and accurate as-built documentation.
• Oversee lifecycle of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate final payments and deliver billing-ready packages to clients.
• Communicate project progress to management and clients.
• Maintain accurate project timelines and scopes.
• Ensure safe working environments in Public ROW and inside-plant projects.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
