Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Hemostasis and Coagulopathy Research Scientist (SME) to support DoD programs in San Antonio, TX. The role leads preclinical/clinical study design, oversees data integrity and team coordination, and drives strategic decisions on hemorrhage and coagulopathy research.

The candidate will manage protocols, supervise lab personnel, engage with the FDA for regulatory needs, and contribute as lead PI on high-impact studies addressing military medicine

Qualifications

Experience designing pre-clinical/human subjects research on resuscitation or coagulopathy.
Experience with blood/blood products and vascular biology.
Leadership roles in DoW labs or PI positions.

Responsibilities

Lead protocol development for preclinical and clinical studies.
Oversee data management and statistical interpretation of results.
Coordinate with FDA and DoW for regulatory submissions.
Chair/participate in IPTs and advisory panels.
