Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence in El Paso, TX, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks Hematology/Oncology leadership to steer a growing medical oncology program. You will practice in an integrated cancer care ecosystem with strong in-house resources and a collaborative team including oncology pharmacists, nurses, and navigators.

Ideal candidates have MD/DO credentials, board certification in Internal Medicine, and Hematology/Oncology eligibility or certification, with a minimum of five years in the field.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Hematology/Oncology required.
• Minimum five years of Hematology/Oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hem/Onc practice within outpatient setting with inpatient support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape program direction.
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee operations and contribute to research and education initiatives.
