Job summary

The JCC East Bay in Berkeley, CA, seeks a Jewish and Hebrew Lead Preschool Teacher to mentor staff and deliver an emergent curriculum that blends Judaic content with modern Hebrew. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop inquiry-based curricula to support physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
• Integrate Hebrew and Judaic learning into daily activities.
• Support other teachers with lesson planning and collaboration.
• Provide varied learning experiences using multiple styles.
• Establish a safe, organized, healthy classroom with proper staff-to-child ratios.
• Document attendance, incidents, and other reports; maintain cleanliness.
