WM is seeking a Lead Heavy Equipment Operator to join our on-site team in Wisconsin. You will operate bulldozers, scrapers and front-end loaders, ensuring safety and efficiency on our waste management sites.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel between sites.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without accommodations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment in line with safety policies.
• Conducts routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Moves raw materials and finished components as required.
• Follows standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance.
