You will diagnose, repair, and service heavy equipment, coordinate work orders with the shop supervisor, ensure safety and reliability, and maintain detailed service logs while building strong, trustful relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 5 years of heavy equipment mechanic experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform major repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Lead and direct the work of mechanics in the shop.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely, quality completion.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot fuel, electrical, hydraulic, and propane systems.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and detailed service logs.
