Job summary

Velocity Vehicle Group is seeking a Team Lead Level A Technician in Las Vegas to train a group of approximately four technicians and diagnose truck problems, performing repairs and creating repair plans. You will also fill out parts requisitions and tag warranty parts for replacements.

The role requires six-plus years of experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude. Expect 100% efficiency or higher and daily foreman communication.

Qualifications

• Freightliner heavy-duty truck systems knowledge.
• Electrical troubleshooting expertise.
• Specialist certification and professional certification.
• Freightliner electronic systems specialist certification.
• Class B CDL is required.
• ASE test passed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose truck problems and perform repairs.
• Create repair plans and fill out parts requisitions.
• Tag warranty parts that are replaced and process cores.
• Communicate updates to the Foreman daily.
• Maintain organized toolboxes and clean, safe workstations.
