Qualifications

• Experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage project cost, schedule, and documentation.
• Strong problem solving and communication with engineers and partners.
• Proven track record of keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track—align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
