Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, IS, Business or Healthcare preferred.
• Experience in healthcare information systems preferred (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Performs operational support, maintenance and system configuration per procedures.
• Identifies and resolves data and system issues of intermediate complexity.
• Gathers requirements, develops specifications and prepares documentation.
• Develops, validates and executes comprehensive test plans.
• Leads testing efforts across QA and systems analysis.
• May travel to CHOP locations and participate in certifications.
