Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in sanitation, hygiene, and food preparation.
• Two years of sobriety prior to hire if recovering from a substance use disorder and participate in a self-help program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual plates according to portion control standards.
• Garnish plates to ensure attractiveness.
• Prepare late trays as needed.
• Label and date leftovers and store properly.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work area; wash hands regularly.
• Notify supervisor of unsafe conditions or equipment.
