Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Philadelphia and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will manage all phases of project delivery, ensure compliance with requirements, and maintain communication between stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership in managing budgets and schedules, alongside extensive experience in healthcare and construction projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years’ experience in project management.
• Must have healthcare and research experience.
• Registration as Professional Architect or Engineer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through completion of construction.
• Responsible for project budget, scheduling, and procurement of design services.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and facilitate timely decisions.
