Qualifications

• Minimum of three years leading and supervising landscape construction crews.
• Wisconsin Category 3.0 Pesticide Applicator License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install various landscape construction materials including drainage systems and lighting.
• Work collaboratively with team members on job sites.
• Provide ongoing training and evaluate skills of workers.
• Conduct performance and pay reviews for crew members.
• Participate in seasonal snow removal.
