Lead Handyman Contractor / Small Crew Partner — Northern Virginia

Fairfax Handyman / Fairfax Contractors is looking for an experienced home repair and remodeling contractor to take on projects in Northern Virginia, primarily Fairfax and Loudoun counties.

We are seeking someone who can assess a job, communicate a clear scope, perform excellent work, and bring a reliable crew when the project calls for one. You should be comfortable taking responsibility for a project from the initial walkthrough through the final punch list.

The work

Projects may include carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring and tile, general repairs, and kitchen or bathroom renovations (Plumbing and HVAC if available). You do not need to perform every trade yourself. You do need to know your strengths, recognize when a specialist is needed, and deliver work that meets the agreed scope and applicable requirements.
