Job summary

Trinity Health in Minot, North Dakota, seeks a BC/BE Hand & Plastic Surgeon to lead a growing surgical team and develop a comprehensive Hand Surgery program within a plastic surgery practice. The role offers strong regional referral networks and access to dedicated therapy services to build a robust hand/upper extremity practice across northwest North Dakota, eastern Montana, and southern Canada.

Qualifications

• MD/DO who is BC/BE in Plastic Surgery
• Fellowship-trained in Hand Surgery
• Eligible for medical licensure in North Dakota
• Strong interest in building and growing a regional hand and upper extremity program
• Collaborative and patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive hand and upper extremity practice with elective and acute care opportunities
• Develop and expand a regional Hand Surgery program
• Coordinate with Orthopedics, Primary Care, Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine and regional providers
• Provide acute hand and upper extremity trauma coverage
• Share call with a supportive surgical team
