Qualifications

• Must hold a valid cosmetology license or be within 90 days of graduating.
• Must be able to perform all salon services and maintain professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to provide quality services using appropriate technique.
• Educate clients about home care and recommended services/products.
• Maintain client loyalty through exceptional customer service and consultations.
• Close out tickets in the POS system and schedule appointments promptly.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and adapt to shifts.
