Qualifications

• Must hold a valid cosmetology or barber license or be within 90 days of graduating.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation essential.
• Ability to market yourself and build client base in salon.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with trends.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to provide quality services and appropriate techniques.
• Educate clients on home hair care and recommended services/products.
• Maintain excellent customer service and client loyalty.
• Complete administrative tasks on the POS system and schedule appointments.
