Job summary

The Little Gym International is seeking a Lead Gymnastics Instructor for its La Grange Park location opening this October to join its founding team.

You will teach fun, age-appropriate gymnastics and movement classes for children from 4 months through 12 years, while mentoring new instructors.

Qualifications

• Energetic, positive and able to work with children.
• A natural leader who helps others succeed.
• Dependable, responsible, and a strong communicator.
• Experience in gymnastics, dance, sports, education, childcare, or coaching is a plus.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging gymnastics and movement classes for children 4 months–12 years.
• Create a fun, positive, and safe environment for children and families.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and team members.
• Help train and mentor new instructors.
• Serve as a role model for other instructors and help maintain class quality.
• Assist the Gym Director with special events, camps, birthday parties, and day-to-day gym needs.
