The Little Gym of La Grange Park is opening this October, and we are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Lead Gymnastics Instructor to join our founding team. The Lead Instructor will teach fun, age-appropriate gymnastics and movement classes while also serving as a leader and mentor to our instructor team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring in child-focused activities.
• Strong communication with both children and parents.
• Energetic, positive, and reliable.
• Prior gymnastics/dance/sports/education/coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging gymnastics and movement classes for children aged 4 months–12 years.
• Create a fun, positive, and safe environment for children and families.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and team members.
• Help train and mentor new instructors.
