Insulation Pros in Missouri is seeking an experienced gutter installer to lead and grow a new gutter services division. This role offers ownership potential, a clear path to leadership, and strong backing to equip the team quickly.

The lead installer will shape best practices, train crews, and eventually assume a leadership position as the division expands. Compensation starts at $30/hour with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of gutter installation experience.
  • Experience in managing employees.
  • Experience in leading a crew and training installers.
  • A Class E driver's license and can pass a DOT physical.
  • Strong knowledge of gutter installation techniques and tools.
  • Ability to work at heights and on roofs.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
