The Brothers that just do Gutters of Snohomish, WA is hiring an experienced gutter installer who can lead a crew and advance with the company. You will install seamless gutters, supervise teammates, and ensure top-quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer service.

We value pride in work, reliability, and a collaborative, safety-focused approach. Compensation is $30-$40/hour with bonus opportunities and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in gutter installations.
• Ability to work at heights in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lead a crew and coach less experienced members.
• 18+ with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a gutter installation crew and coach teammates to ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure safety protocols and site cleanliness during installations.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm requirements and updates.
• Maintain project timelines and report progress to management.

Requirements

• 2 or more years experience in gutter installations required
• Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Can lead a crew and provide guidance/coaching to less experienced crew members
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
• Interest in growing with the company and taking on a leadership role
• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license

Compensation

• $30 - $40 per hour, depending on experience
