The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking an experienced installer for a full-time on-site role in Wisconsin. Bring at least 2 years of skilled carpentry or exterior construction, a positive attitude, and strong communication to interact with clients and team members.

You will join a performance-driven company with opportunities for advancement, a flexible schedule, and a training ladder that outlines pay raises from day one.

What We’re Looking For

This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
• Attitude: Positive and team-oriented
• Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Commitment: Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company
• Bonus: Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus!

Compensation

$27-33 per hour

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience
