We are hiring a Lead Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC) Engineer in Hazelwood, MO. Propelled by a team with an innovative spirit that transcends cultures, Air Dominance delivers decisive mission advantages through cutting‑edge capabilities and supports design, manufacturing, and services for a broad portfolio of military aircraft. These roles support new product design, development, integration and flight test in guidance, modeling and simulation, flight control and subsystem control for the expanding Air Dominance portfolio, including F‑15, F/A‑18, MQ‑25, T‑7A and new proprietary air dominance programs.
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Summary pay range: $170,850 – $231,150

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.
