Pilot Company is hiring for a cashier position at our Tulsa, OK location. You will manage a small team of 1–2 cashiers and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy, courtesy, and speed to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include completing end-of-shift reports, maintaining an organized work area, promoting products, handling guest concerns per policy, and supporting deli and rest area functions. Weekly pay and a fuel discount are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small shift of 1–2 cashiers.
• Ability to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Willingness to follow guidelines for restricted merchandise and policies.

• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow company and local guidelines with regards to the sale of restricted merchandise items (i.e., alcohol, tobacco).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products.
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest.
• Handle guest complaints and issues by following company processes and guidelines; resolve team member conflict; and communicate issues to management.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with other travel center functions such as maintaining deli, cleaning showers and restrooms, stocking, making coffee, etc.
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Pay Rates Starting between: $11.95 - $16.95 / hour
