Pilot Company in Midland, TX is seeking a friendly cashier supervisor to lead a small team and handle a variety of transactions. You will ensure quick, accurate checkout, promote products, and maintain a clean, welcoming travel center environment.

Salary starts at $13.25–$18.75 per hour with weekly pay, benefits options, and a flexible schedule. Candidates should be reliable, customer-focused, and able to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Lead shifts of 1–2 cashiers and process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Follow company policies for restricted merchandise items (alcohol, tobacco).
• Maintain organized work area and deliver quality guest service.

Responsabilités

• Supervise cashiers during shift and manage break schedules.
• Close out end-of-shift reports and reconcile transactions.
• Address guest complaints and escalate to management as needed.

Job Description

The purpose of this job is to process merchandise and fuel transactions. Essential Functions include:

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures
• Follow company and local guidelines with regards to the sale of any restricted merchandise items (i.e., alcohol, tobacco)
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest
• Handle guest complaints and issues by following company processes and guidelines; resolve team member conflict; and communicate issues to management
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift
• Assist with other travel center functions such as maintaining deli, cleaning showers and restrooms, stocking, making coffee, etc.
• Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned

Pay Rates Starting between: $13.25 - $18.75 / hour
