Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group in Rickmansworth (WD3) is looking for an experienced Ganger to join our on-site team on a long-term basis. The role involves supervising and supporting a site crew on utilities, water and civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and on-site discipline.

The successful candidate will hold a valid CSCS Gold Card, SSSTS, First Aid, EUSR Safe Digging 1 & 2, and National Water Hygiene Card, with a proven ability to lead and coordinate a team.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Gold Card is mandatory.
• SSSTS and First Aid are required.
• EUSR Safe Digging 1 & 2 and National Water Hygiene Card are essential.
• Experience as Ganger or supervisory groundworks role is expected.
• Proven track record on utilities, water or civil projects.
• Strong site health and safety understanding and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a site crew on utilities, water or civil works.
• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and in line with plans.
