Job summary

Kleinman Realty Co. in the Twin Cities area seeks a Lead Grounds Technician to oversee day-to-day grounds upkeep across our portfolio of multifamily properties. You will guide a crew, manage landscape tasks, and ensure exterior areas meet high standards.

The role requires physical stamina, leadership ability, and familiarity with landscaping equipment. Hours are weekday days, with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance tasks and grounds upkeep.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to train grounds crew and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install mulch or landscape rock.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to determine condition.
• Sweep and stripe parking lots.
• Plant shrubs, flowers and trees.
• Trim small trees and shrubs.
• Install, repair and winterize irrigation.
• Oversee equipment use and maintenance.
• Train grounds crew in tasks.
• Lead in scheduling and delegation.
