Job summary

Reliant Construction in Colorado is seeking a GC Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial builds from preconstruction through handover. You will assume full responsibility for on-site execution, safety, quality, and schedule adherence on high-impact projects.

You will work with project management teams, coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers, and drive daily progress using Procore and related tools while maintaining rigorous documentation and close-out

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a construction superintendent or similar field supervisory role in commercial construction.
• Minimum 3 years experience in GC commercial ground-up projects.
• Valid Driver's License and OSHA 30-Hour certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience coordinating third-party inspections and working with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints, structural plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Procore or MS Project for scheduling and project management.

Responsibilities

• Direct all daily on-site operations, supervising field labor, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure schedules and contract specs are met.
• Execute and manage the Four Point Quality Control Plan with daily inspections and testing verifications.
• Lead site safety protocols and inductions for all workers and visitors.
• Coordinate pre-construction mobilization and establish baseline schedules with Project Managers.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, logs, minutes, and correspondence using project management tools.
• Oversee close-out activities, including punch lists and final handover documentation.
