You will collaborate closely with suppliers and manage software/hardware performance phases, reporting back to management. Competitive salary range of $114,000 - $171,000 per year, with health, life, and disability insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of related engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with 3 years of related engineering experience.
• PhD in a STEM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities for ground control software and hardware.
• Support the Technical Lead in coordinating supplier efforts.
• Manage execution of all phases of software/hardware performance.

Skills

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance

Programming and scripting languages proficiency

Agile software development, integration, and testing

Education

Bachelor’s or higher degree in a STEM discipline
