Sodexo is hiring a Lead Grocery Bakery/Deli Worker to join our team at the Fort Bragg location. This full-time role involves oversight of daily functions, food preparation, and serving duties across client sites. The successful candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in food service is preferred, with a valid driver's license required. You will work varying shifts with open availability, and Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $19.53 - $19.53

What You'll Do: As a Lead Grocery Bakery/Deli Worker at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You may work in any type of food location on client premises.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business Serve as a cafeteria and/or delicatessen/bakery worker helping in the preparation, presentation, and serving of many food items
• May assist in any or all of the following: preparing, cooking, receiving and unloading trucks, and storing stock, taking special orders or unusual food requests from customers, taking payment from customers
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 1 or more years of related work experience.
• Additional Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license
