Job summary

American Golf Corporation seeks a Greenskeeper to maintain the golf course and ensure optimal playing conditions. Daily grounds care, equipment operation, and safe, clean experiences for golfers are core to this role.

You will contribute to course presentation, assist with irrigation, and support tournaments and events while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in golf course, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to safely operate turf maintenance equipment.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and turf practices preferred.
• Knowledge of safe equipment operation and chemical handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and landscaped areas.
• Rake, edge, repair, and maintain bunkers.
• Assist with irrigation operation, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides per policies and regulations.
• Set up course for daily play, tournaments, and events.
• Repair divots and maintain course conditions.
• Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools.
• Maintain course appearance and safety procedures.
• Work with Superintendent and team to sustain daily conditions.
