Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer for Nike Training Speed to define the future of Nike Training graphics and branding. You will lead storytelling through visual design, collaborating with Design Directors and product teams to shape narratives across multiple collections.

You will travel to factories four times a year to align with expedited development timelines and work with apparel teams to ensure cohesive color, graphics, and storytelling across the Nike Training portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Strong foundation in typography, color theory, brand identity, and core design principles, with growing expertise in product design from ideation through final execution.
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with solid skills in Photoshop and InDesign.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and translate insights into clear product narratives and compelling visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven success collaborating across cross-functional teams and presenting concepts to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated creative agility, positive attitude, self-awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity through ambiguity to completion.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize narratives across Nike Training Speed program collections.
• Collaborate with Product and Design partners on construction, development, insights, and gates.
• Work with Apparel Design teammates to foresee future graphics and color directions.
• Present concepts and storylines to stakeholders and drive decisions across teams.
• Be available for factory travel four times a year to align development timelines.
