Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a Lead Graph Developer to design and manage production graph databases in a hybrid Chicago-based setting. You will architect ontologies, implement Neptune databases, and drive graph data strategies across teams.

The role requires extensive experience with graph technologies, SPARQL/Gremlin, Python or JVM, and strong AWS skills. Candidates should be eligible for visa-independent work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Architecture, or related field.
• Graph databases: extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Neptune.
• Graph languages: Gremlin or SPARQL.
• Programming: advanced Python or JVM (Java/Scala) production coding.
• Cloud: strong AWS proficiency (S3, RDS, ECS).

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise ontologies, taxonomies, and graph schemas reflecting complex business structures.
• Architect, configure, and scale Amazon Neptune databases to handle billions of relationships.
• Integrate knowledge graphs into GraphRAG pipelines to enhance grounding and support hybrid search with vector databases.
