Job summary

Trindco Premium Countertops is hiring a Lead Installer to oversee granite countertop installations. You will be part of a two-man team, ensure accurate truck contents, communicate with customers, and perform high-quality installations while ensuring safety of people and property.

We prefer 2 years of granite experience but will train candidates with carpentry, cabinetry, or construction backgrounds. A valid driver’s license and background screening are required.

• Background screening required; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the truck contents are correct for the day's installs.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after installation.
• Perform accurate and quality installations.
• Maintain safety of people, materials, and customer property during the process.
• Lead the install as part of a two-man team and direct the helper.
