Qualifications

• Experience: Three years’ experience in golf course maintenance preferred.
• Experience applying fertilizer and pesticides.
• Demonstrated experience with moderately complex turf equipment and hand‑held tools.
• Supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees completion of work assignments by crewmembers and assists with field decisions regarding procedures and equipment use.
• Assists in training new hires on proper operation of all related equipment.
• Operates greens, tee, and fairway mowers; maintains golf course equipment; performs maintenance on units and hand tools.
• Performs routine golf course tasks including cutting, pin placements, and sand trap maintenance.
• Applies chemicals and fertilizer; maintains maintenance records.
