Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced degree may be desirable.
• 5 years of relevant experience required.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of golf facility construction principles, practices and methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and coordination of maintenance programs and projects for the golf course and facilities.
• Select, train and supervise golf course operation staff.
• Maintain budgetary guidelines and monitor costs.
• Coordinate events with golf club staff and track records for maintenance scheduling.
• Stay updated on turf management innovations and record-keeping systems.
